Returns and Exchange Policy
At Exclusive Virgin Hair, we do not offer cash refunds.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date or, for online orders, within 7 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:

The product has not been worn, used, or altered.

The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

The exchange is processed in-store only.

The replacement item is of the same value, or if the new item is of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
For hygiene reasons, no exchanges will be accepted for products that have been worn or used.
Exclusive Virgin Hair reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving an exchange.
